Those who can work will always be tapped heavily. Those who can't work always get away with not working. I can't help but ask favours from people who are efficient and makes sure things are going well. I am very disgusted by some people. I'm like a safety net for others. They hold the main fort, but when they fail, everything falls on me. I'm like pounded hard by all these things which aren't supposed to be my responsibility. I'm sick of this work life.

No wonder most capable people has left...

Maybe I shouldn't be complaining so much. I must be thankful with who and what I have.
